产品简介：The word "Nara" refers to a Japanese city known for a baffling primeval forest and ancient monuments. Bill Sofield draws on those ideas to create a unique fantasy finish, the suggestion of a maze - with an illusion of depth. Together with many layers of hand-applied grounds and glazes, the Nara's distressed gold leaf has the effect of a bi-chromatic screen. The top is a dark Basalt lacquer with a tapered edge essentially framing the face, and the graphic contrast changes with the light. Two large chevrons mimic an Asian roofline. Gold leaf frame and side panels. Faceted legs are lacquered on the interior to create a sense of lightness.
